You can not get rid of suffering and despair unless you change your own state of mind. Do not blame it on others or your circumstances. You must change your own mind. That is why we need the Teachings of The Mind, the religious truth, your soul hungers and thirsts because you do not learn and practice these teachings. No matter how full of suffering and hardship our world may be, you must NOT make that an excuse. In this dark world, you must think about how you can fill people’s minds with light, and lead them to happiness.
